Manneken Pis in 2008

Our Manneken receives his 808th costume of
graduate student of the Solvay Business School.
But what's a costume without the brains ?
And what's the use of brains without a degree ?
Well, the costume came with a certificate:

"The President and Members of the Examining Board
by virtue of the power vested in them by the
Solvay Business School
do hereby confer upon
Manneken Pis
the degree of
Master in Business Administration
With all the Rights, Privileges and Honors thereto... etc."
