Ceremonial Plains Indian outfit with headdress

On 3 March 1932, the group of Lakotas with the Sarrasani Circus appeared in
downtown Brussels,
where they clothed Manneken Pis in his new ceremonial Plains
Indian outfit.
Needless to say, they attracted a large crowd.
