The St Joseph Institute

The St. Joseph Institute was built to house people with grave mental problems.
It was built on the other side of the railway tracks (over d'ijzers).
Obviously you weren't on the receiving end of a friendly compliment if someone told you
you ought to be locked away "over d'ijzers".
The entire site has been beautifully restored and put to other uses.
