labourer accompanied by Pieter Emmanuel nowé
fourty five years old wool spinner
living in the canton of Eecloo
and Joanna Catharina Verniest thirty years
old living in the town of
Bassevelde who have declared to
me the undersigned municipal employee
that mariana Verniest his lawful
housewife yesterday evening was delivered
in her house of a daughter in the district
Bentille whom he Martinus Nowé has shown me
and to whom he has given the name
of Maria Theresia according to his declaration
and showing done to me of
the said child have I on my part drawn up the present
deed thereof. Martinus Nowé, father and
Pieter Emanuel Nowé and Joanna Catharina
Verniest declare not to be able to write.
